I’m a big meat, fish, and veggie eater, and they’ve got a ton of that good stuff, too, like one of my favorites: a juicy sirloin steak with Yukon potatoes (which I learned to slice in 1-inch thick wedges to make steak fries), red cabbage and Balsamic-Cranberry Pan Sauce. It came with everything – right down to the last sprig of rosemary – and even included mustard seeds to sprinkle on the red cabbage. The whole meal only had 535 calories!
One thing I learned is HelloFresh will use a variety of custom spice blends to keep flavors interesting instead of sodium, fat and sugar.
