Hands up if your sleep has been awful lately? Yep, me too.
I have a couple of friends that can survive on little sleep – not me. I need eight hours of quality sleep to be a normal, functioning human. I’ve had some issues with my sleep on and off through the years, but I’ve been consistently experiencing sleep issues for the last few months.
I think we’re all in the same boat – navigating the new norm of working from home has my sleeping patterns completely out of whack.
Something had to change. I tried cutting down on my coffee intake and went back to my old reliable melatonin. But while it would sometimes help me drift off, I almost always wake up a few hours later, so I’d be back to square one.
It made me realize that melatonin isn’t the best solution. There had to be something else out there. I looked online for a few weeks for sleep solutions, and I finally came across Objective Fast Asleep.
I had never seen anything like it before – they’re chocolatey treats that contain Saffron and GABA, which I had never even heard of. Their site has a lot of useful information, but what really made me want to try Objective Fast Asleep was that 100% of people in a clinical trial of Saffron experienced better sleep with than without. 100%!
I’m sure you have a lot of questions because I know I did. Here are all the details:
So, how exactly does this work?
Objective Fast Asleep contains Saffron and GABA, which, when paired together, are the near-magic solution to getting quality sleep.
Objective sources clinically tested ingredients and found that GABA decreases waves of activity in your brain that bring in nerves or stress, helping you nod off a lot easier. And Saffron is clinically shown to reduce stress, as well as promote better quality sleep.
These two all-star ingredients also promote serotonin production and reduce cortisol levels (that contribute to the horrible feelings of anxiousness you get).
I associate cocoa with energy; how does this help with sleep?
This was a concern for me. I’m a massive chocolate lover, so I know that it contains caffeine. But the Saffron and GABA override the effects of the small amount of naturally-occurring caffeine. Therefore it will not have an impact on your sleep. Objective Fast Asleep also contains zero sugar and is and keto-friendly.
Why not Melatonin?
I know that for me, when I thought about sleep remedies, melatonin was always the first thing that came to mind. But while I’ve always found it to be somewhat adequate for falling asleep, it never actually keeps me asleep.
Melatonin also actually has some negative effects- it can cause extremely vivid, crazy dreams and in some people, even night terrors.
How often should I be taking Fast Asleep?
The cool thing about Objective Sleep Fast is that it continues to build up in your system over time, helping you fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel more relaxed and balanced overall. I’ve been taking one piece every day before bed, and I’m finally back to getting the sleep I need, but you can also just take a piece as needed.
How will it make me feel?
It just helps you slowly drift off to sleep in the most natural way possible. It’s not like you’re going to be wide awake one minute, and out like a light the next (I hate that feeling). The next day, I wake up feeling well-rested, not at all drowsy, and just ready to take on the day. There are zero negative side effects of taking it daily.
I’ve been using Objective Fast Asleep for a couple of weeks, and it’s a total game–changer. I love that it’s as easy as popping a square of chocolatey, minty deliciousness before bed (don’t need water, so, therefore, won’t have to get up to use the bathroom during the night!). It tastes pretty good, and most importantly, it helps me fall and stay asleep. I’m finally starting to feel like a real person again.
