What We Really Think Of Thuma & If It’s Worth The Hype 3333

As product reviewers, we’re always looking for the best interior pieces to add to our collection. If you’re into furniture, you’ve probably heard of Thuma by now. If not, then you came to the right place.

Thuma is a bedroom furniture brand that has taken the industry by storm with its modern yet minimalist designs. Founded in 2018, Thuma quickly gained a reputation for crafting high-quality pieces that balance form and function in the bedroom.

Is Thuma worth the hype? We ordered The Bed, By Thuma – their breakthrough product – to see if it’s really all it’s cracked up to be.

Several things make The Bed stand out. For starters, assembly takes around 5 minutes with no tools needed, thanks to the Japanese joinery technique. Each piece of wood is perfectly cut to lock into the adjacent pieces.

Not to mention how timeless this bed looks. The minimal aesthetic will fit with any decor and will always stay in style. The classic design features clean lines, subtle curves, and plenty of under-bed storage. Plus, their lifetime warranty ensures that you can keep The Bed for years to come.

The Bed is built to last – it is made with upcycled, repurposed rubberwood and cushioned slats designed to ensure noise-minimization, optimum support, and breathability.

So far, The Bed is definitely worth the hype. We can understand why this product launched Thuma to success. But what about their other offerings?

Since The Bed, Thuma has expanded their Bedroom Suite collection with The Dresser, The Nightstand, The Side Table, and The Rug, among others.

The Dresser and The Nightstand come in four strains – Walnut, Natural, Espresso, and Grey — so they can match The Bed. Also, The Dresser’s innovative modular system allows you to choose the number of drawers and type of configuration. The Nightstand is stylish, minimal, and a great bedside option.

You can customize The Bed by adding either The PillowBoard or The Headboard. The Pillowboard is cushioned for maximum comfort, and The Headboard is crafted from the same repurposed wood as The Bed.

Many of Thuma’s Bedroom Suite pieces are GREENGUARD Gold certified, meaning materials used in the construction have been thoroughly tested for chemicals, including off-gassing VOCs, and all aldehydes. Plus, Thuma partners with One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every bed, nightstand, dresser, and headboard sold.

The Rug is the latest addition to the Thuma collection. It’s meticulously crafted from the wool yarn of discarded garments. And contains PET from recycled plastic bottles, creating high-performance durability, which limits shedding. It’s available in two sizes, 5×8 and 8×10, and in three shades: Thunderstorm, Silver, and Shadow. Plus, you can add an optional rug pad for extra cushioning.

After closely examining the brand, we can conclude that Thuma is worth the hype. With simple assembly, high-quality and ethical materials, and timeless designs, Thuma ticks every box when it comes to furniture.
